RIDOT is working aggressively to deliver projects on time and to keep any cost overruns to a minimum. Over the past five years, the Department has made great strides in both of these areas. RIDOT works diligently with its contractors to bring projects to a resolution while greatly limiting the State's obligation for any added cost. Click here to learn more.

The American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Board of Directors recently voted to elect RIDOT Director Michael P. Lewis to serve as the association's vice president. Read more here.
